Homeownership Program

Eligible HCV participants who are first-time homeowners are allowed to use their housing subsidies to meet their monthly homeownership expenses, i.e. mortgage, utilities, etc.

The Livermore Housing Authority's Homeownership Program is currently operating at full capacity, and therefore, not accepting new applicants until further notice.
