Public Notice for the Opening and Closing of Pacific Range Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Livermore (LHA) is opening the waiting list for Pacific Range, a senior designated project based voucher development located at 3701 Pacific Avenue Livermore, CA 94550.

Starting on Monday August  3, 2026, at 8:00am the Housing Authority of the City of Livermore (LHA) will be opening the wait list for Pacific Range Apartments. It will close on Friday August 7, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

We have partnered with AffordableHousing.com to manage the wait list. To apply online and set up a new account or access an existing account:

  • Go to https://info.affordablehousing.com/livermore on any computer or mobile device
  • Review the wait list information and click the "Apply Now" link
  • Click "Apply Now" for a new Application
  • Sign In to access an already existing account or Sign Up to create an account on AffordableHousing.com. For help, call Customer Service at 866.466.7328
  • Verify your email address and phone number
  • Complete/Update your application and submit before 11:59 pm

Once the wait list closes on August 7, 2026, eligible applicants will receive a notification by email of their lottery number and will be placed on the LHA wait list in a randomized order. Applicants will be notified within 30 days after the closing of the list.

Applicants must meet the following preliminary guidelines:

  • The Head of Household must be a Senior (62 years old or older)

Guidelines for determining bedroom size:

1 Bedroom:

  • Minimum Household Size: 1 person
  • Maximum Household Size: 2 persons

2 Bedrooms:

  • Minimum Household Size: 2 persons
  • Maximum Household Size: 4 persons

Reasonable accommodation could reduce the minimum number of persons per household.

Maximum eligible income limit per household will be determined using the 50% area median income shown in the table below:

  • 1 person - $59,400
  • 2 persons - $67,900
  • 3 persons - $76,400
  • 4 persons - $84,850

Reasonable Accommodations
Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation due to the inability to apply during the open enrollment period should contact frontdesk@livermoreha.org or call 925.447.3600 and leave a message to request a Reasonable Accommodation form by 4:30 pm on August 7, 2026. Cases will be reviewed on an independent basis and does not guarantee an opportunity to apply. At the conclusion of the reasonable accommodation period, all applications will be randomly selected by lottery of preferences and those selected will be places on the wait list.
